Endgame - Winners Circle

Endgame – Winners Circle (Includes Sample files)

This tutorial assumes you have advanced knowledge on how to use Radiant.

If not, you could cheat and use the file I've provided below:

mp_endgame.zip

If you just want to add this to your map, follow the instructions below.

First of all, you need to enter everything marked in red into your files:

mp_mapname.zone

>class,mp_mod_level
>group,modtools

col_map,maps/mp/mp_endgame.d3dbsp
gfx_map,maps/mp/mp_endgame.d3dbsp

scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame.gsc
scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame_sound.gsc
scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame_fx.gsc

scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame.csc
scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame_sound.csc
scriptparsetree,scripts/mp/mp_endgame_fx.csc

xmodel,skybox_default_day

//sound,mp_endgame (i disabled this for the demo)

//Winners Circle
xcam,ui_cam_endgame_mp_sector
//

mp_mapname.csc

#using scripts\codescripts\struct;
#using scripts\shared\util_shared;
#using scripts\mp\_load;
#using scripts\mp\_util;
#using scripts\mp\mp_endgame_fx;
#using scripts\mp\mp_endgame_sound;

#insert scripts\shared\shared.gsh;

function main()
{
    mp_endgame_fx::main();
    mp_endgame_sound::main();

    load::main();

    util::waitforclient( 0 );    // This needs to be called after all systems have been registered.

//Winners Circle
level.endGameXCamName = "ui_cam_endgame_mp_sector";
//

}

Now it’s time to place the endgame prefab.

Open your map and place the Winners Circle prefab.

Navigate to \Call of Duty Black Ops III\map_source\_prefabs\mp\mp_combine\script

Pick mp_combine_endgame.map and place it somewhere on your map.

Set up your own lights, use the lights supplied with combine or use the combine lights prefab in the zip file I supplied with at the beginning of this tutorial.

Locate the lights as close to what I have pictured below:

The reflection probe is to the right and above player 1’s head.

That’s it. No need for any script_structs or anything else.

Rage has informed me that he is going to be fixing this tut up as there are a couple of problems with it as it reads now.  Give it a day or two for him to make the modifications!
