Fog

Been a while i used CoD4 tools  and i just can,t get the fog looking as i want it. Any way/tips on how to set the fog right.

I don,t like the way the skybox stands out with the fog.

Remind me, does it work by co-ordinates?  If so have you tried to set the Z higher ?

i know cod5 its in maps/createart  mapname_art.gsc  i looked in cod4 i could only find _art.gsc which did have a fog function

but i guess there is more to it than that .

 

I know i would just raise the map up x amount of units to stop getting the light blue fog on big open areas of maps .

I will try. But for some reason it clashes with skybox.
